I've been enjoying the sun and have been cleaning and unpacking more boxes in the garage. Mostly my Autumn decorations, so I thought I would share some more pictures of my Fall decorating...this is my fireplace with the fun autumn banner that I made while visiting recently with Donna Lynn. We had so much fun...laughing and making these...this is the only kind of "scrapbooking" I've done.
A closer look at the banner...too bad the glitter on the letters doesn't show up!
A Fall arrangement in my antique flower basket that I sprayed black (I stole that idea from Donna Lynn!)
Another Fall arrangement I made for the dresser, I got all the flowers half off at JoAnn Fabrics! On this dresser is my collection of black cats. I don't celebrate Halloween, but I love black cats (especially you, Jasmine!). These are a few in my collection.
A closer look...
I added a garland with orange lights around my front door, and made the wreath bigger.
The lights don't show up very well in the picture, but you get the idea!
I still have a bit more decorating to do, so maybe I'll share some more later. I feel like baking some yummy Fall pumpkin cake, or maybe some peanut butter cookies...or gingerbread, hmmm....Hope y'all are enjoying this beautiful season of Autumn.Hugs,

I love your black cats! They look great! All of your Fall deocrations look just lovely. That's on my list of things to do this weekend. I can't wait. I will also be doing some baking. It is in the 80's here in So FL, so not very Fallish, but it's all about your state of mind.

THIS IS THE MOST AWESOME JOB OF DECORATING EVER!!! I adore everything you did, the floral arrangements are wonderful, you are the master! The black cats are darling, see? I think about you everytime I look at my flag I got while you were here! Your banner looks great all strung, have you finished your Thanksgiving one yet? I haven't, better get on that too. Your front door is fabulous, looks so filled out with the lights and garland, the wreath looks bigger too.
I miss you so much, the days are bleak without you here with me, Thanksgiving and Christmas just won't be the same with you and Rachel not here to do all the family things with...

Love the new banner, and of course all the fall decoration pictures! Jasmine is a bit put out you didn't include a picture of her, especially since she was playing with that leaf garland before you put it up!
We'll have to be on the lookout for more black cat decorations as we go shopping today...

Nice picture of the cardinal.I don't really do halloween..just like some of the decorations.

Everything looks so pretty I love those pictures above your fireplace! I am so glad that you girls had so much fun together. You left me a comment about my chairs I'm recovering, okay what is gimp?? I just got back from the store and I can't find anything I like to trim around the edges of the seat so maybe gimp is my answer if I knew what it was.LOL.
