Home Sweet Home in Tennessee!!

Day seven on the road! Tomorrow we will roll into our new home-town in Tennessee! I am so thankful that God has provided protection and blessed our trip from Port Orchard, Washington to Tennessee. We will start to move into our new home on Wednesday, and on Thursday Donna Lynn will be arriving to help get us moved in and settled. I am so thankful for the blessing of her friendship…I couldn’t have asked for a better sister-friend! I wanted to share a photo of my new home – and thank the Lord for blessing me with such a beautiful new place to live!

Hugs from my last night on the road, Victoria Lynn

We're Not Homeless, Really!!!

Hi to all my beloved friends! We are in Oklahoma now..I couldn’t resist some fun photos of my pets – they are such great travelers! As you can see, they spend most of their time napping.

A bleary-eyed Sophie!

Sophie decided if the cats can sleep up there, she could too!

Jasmine is usually pretty active in the car (she’s the kitten), but here she’s having a rare nap.

Frederica, enjoying the southern sunshine!

Abby loves her perch! Note her stylish pink polka-dot harness!

After a full day of travel, Frederica and Jasmine crashed on the bed in our hotel room!

Rachel found her fabulous new boots, rhinestone belt and t-shirt in Amarillo, TX. The shirt says, “I like my men tall, dark and southern”! I think she’s ready for Nashville now!

Ta Ta for now...more from the road tomorrow! Hugs, Victoria Lynn

Sophie The "Red Baron"

Hi to all from the road! Rachel and I made a side trip on the old historic Route 66 and came across this fun souvenir shop. We were looking for a “legal” piece of petrified wood in Arizona. So we saw this place with the giant JackRabbit and had to stop! Poor Sophie got posed and photographed in the howling wind. It turned out so funny, with her eyes squinting and her ears flapping! Poor baby, she really has been a good sport, riding in the car for hours each day. I also have to give credit to our three kitties, they just sleep the day away on their quilts in the back of the car. We are well on our way to our new home in Tennessee! Bye for now, Victoria Lynn

The Three Lynns

Ta da! Here are the three Lynn’s…Diana Lyn, Donna Lynn and me, Victoria Lynn. I was HUGELY blessed by their help (along with their hubbys Don and Brady) this past weekend as I packed all my possessions into a moving van to move to Tennessee. Yes, the time is finally here! I am so excited to be moving there from Washington State. I will miss my beloved friends but I know God has a wonderful plan for my life. My biggest blessing is having my darling daughter, Rachel, move there with me! Please keep us in your prayers as we have the road trip of a lifetime, travelling across the country by car to our new home. The three kitties and Sophie will be travelling with us. I am writing this from a hotel room somewhere in the middle of California! Thank you for your prayers and God bless, Victoria Lynn

Thank you to all who have given for my country, and have made it possible for me to have all that I have to be thankful for! Thank you Frank, my niece’s husband, for serving in Baghdad right now, may God bless and keep you and all the other soldiers!

Happy Memorial Day to all, Victoria Lynn
